He earned a Doctorate degree in Business Administration and Information Technology from the University of South Florida. As well as dual master's degrees in finance and business administration at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a bachelor's degree from George Washington University. Tom has 20+ years of demonstrated success with team management, application development, business analytics, project management, program management, and portfolio management.
