PromoStandards is committed to staying engaged with the promotional products community. From the Tech Summit to our presence at major tradeshows and conferences, these events foster ongoing dialogue, collaboration, and shared progress around industry standards.

PromoStandards was an exhibitor at PPAI Expo in Las Vegas for the first time in 2026. We anticipate attending more trade shows in the future. Please keep an eye on PromoStandards social media and slack for announcements of which events we may be attending in the future.

Tech Summit: The Premiere Tech
Event of the Promo Industry

PromoStandards has hosted its flagship industry event, Tech Summit, since 2023. This annual event brings together suppliers, distributors, service providers, and technology leaders from across the promotional products industry to collaborate on real-world challenges and advancements in technology.

Tech Summit is designed to move beyond theory and into application. Sessions focus on how emerging technologies—such as AI, print-on-demand, mockup tools, and advancements in product decoration—are being implemented across the industry using PromoStandards.

A key highlight of Tech Summit is the Hackathon, where cross-functional teams collaborate to build real solutions using PromoStandards APIs. Participants work with live trading partner data to develop innovative tools and workflows that address current industry needs. Winning teams are recognized with prizes, but more importantly, many of these solutions continue to influence real-world integrations beyond the event.
